Or #noshame stuff our faces using our hands? 🍴🤲 🤔 #whatisetiquette • INGREDIENTS: - 2 Quest chocolate chip protein cookies, crumbled - 2 Quest chocolate chip bars, cut into 24 pieces - ¼ teaspoons baking soda - ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk - ¾ cup zero-calorie sweetener - ¼ cup egg whites - ½ scoop Quest chocolate milkshake powder - 1 scoop Quest vanilla milkshake protein powder - 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped • INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 325 f 2. Spray 6.5” cast iron skillet with cooking spray. 3. Add all ingredients omitting dark chocolate pieces to a large bowl and stir until well combined. 4. Pour cookie batter into oiled skillet, sprinkle on dark chocolate pieces. 5. Bake cookie for 20 minutes at 325F. 6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. 7. We’re preppin’ our food for the #BigGame this Sunday, who wants some? • INGREDIENTS: - 6 low fat mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half - ⅓ cup almond flour - 1 egg, whisked - 2 bags of Quest Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips - teaspoon parsley, chopped • INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 3. Add mozzarella stick pieces to a plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes. 4. Add Quest protein chips to a medium ziplock bag and crush to a crumb size. 5. Add crushed protein chips, almond flour, and whisked egg to three individual bowls. 6. Remove mozzarella stick pieces from freezer, coat in almond flour, egg, and finally crushed Quest protein chips, place onto baking sheet. 7. Freeze mozz sticks on lined baking sheet for 10 minutes. 8. Remove mozz sticks from freezer and bake for 5 minutes at 400F, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 9. Plate game day mozz sticks warm, sprinkle on chopped parsley, and serve with buffalo sauce. • Macros per Mozzarella Stick: 7g protein, 2g carb, 5g fat. #OnaQuest #SuperBowl
