I DESPISE it when someone says this to me. DUH. Iโ€™m a human.. you wouldnโ€™t say to a librarian โ€œOMG you are so much more than a librarianโ€ or a weatherman, or a journalist.. ๐Ÿ™„ seriously. PEOPLE ARE NOT THEIR JOBS. Humans are multi-dimensional.. lots of different parts, interests.. a job is just one small tiny piece of a very large puzzle. So please.. just ๐Ÿ›‘ stop.

Actually got the gym done early today and was running around doing errands for the remainder. Tomorrow is my rest day, well one of them. I am currently taking 2 a week. Rest is SO important. Donโ€™t get caught up in the โ€œno days offโ€ mentality. Itโ€™s toxic. #fitness #trainer #yoga #restday
